The Campbell River Storm shutout the Westshore Wolves in the opening game of their second round playoff series at Rod Brind’Amour Tuesday night.
The Storm’s Jalen Price opened the scoring at 8:47 of the first period. Darren Hards added to that at 14:16 in the second then Brett Kinley added a power play goal in the third and Dawson Frank finished off the scoring – and the Wolves – at 16:42.

Liam Murphy got the shutout and the nod as the game’s Away Star (sic) and Westshore’s Trevor Bottomley was the game’s Home Star.
Game 2 is Thursday night in Westshore followed by a Game 3 on Friday night at the Brindy.
