The Strathcona Triathlon Club is be holding a beginner’s clinic on April 13, from 6-8 p.m., at the Sportsplex.

The Strathcona Triathlon Club is be holding a beginner’s clinic on April 13, from 6-8 p.m., at the Sportsplex.

This session will give you all the information you need to tackle your first race: clothing, nutrition, best races for beginners and how to do a great transition.

The classroom session will be followed by a short “Brick” (that’s a bike ride followed immediately by a run). Participants should come ready to ride and run.
