This session will give you all the information you need to tackle your first race: clothing, nutrition, best races for beginners and how to do a great transition.

The classroom session will be followed by a short “Brick” (that’s a bike ride followed immediately by a run). Participants should come ready to ride and run.

The event is free for club members and $15 for non-members. Contact Linda Nagle at 250-830-8538 or lbnagle@telus.net
