Get on track with the Comets this year.

The local track and field club is holding its registration day on Saturday, Feb. 5, from 12-3 p.m., in the Strathcona Gardens lobby.

Former Comets have won medals at the provincial and national levels and the coaches place emphasis on conditioning and good running techniques.

They train sprinters, middle distance runners, long jump, high jump, javelin, discus, shot put and hurders.

Registration is open to children nine years of age and up.
