The Rich’s Auto Collision Midget Tyees had a tough game at home Sunday against Sooke.

Sooke scored first in the first and it seemed to set the tone for the game.

The Tyees’ Kyle Bukauskas tied up the game in the second, but Sooke was the only team to score after that.

The final score was 3-1. The Midget Tyees bring their regular season to a close this coming weekend with a home game at Strathcona Gardens Saturday at 1:45 p.m. against Powell River, and then the Tyees head south to face Kerry Park for their final league game.

The Midget playoffs will begin after that with a round robin format to start them off.
