The Campbell River Peewee Hurricanes played two games over the Weekend down Island.

In Sooke the girls could not seem to find their legs and lost 3-2 to the Sooke Thunderbirds. Goal scorers for the Hurricanes were Madison Oke and Julianne Nelson with Julianne picking up an assist as well. On Sunday The Hurricanes found their skating legs and the back of the net beating the Victoria Ice Hawks 4-2. Goal scorers were Sydni Rose with 2, Madison Oke with 1, and Jenifer Hampton with the other. Assists went to Dannika McAllister 2, Everret Feeney with 1, and Lauren Martynyk with 1. the Hurricanes sit with 2 win and 3 losses on the season. Next up for the Peewee Hurricanes is a home game against the Nanaimo Clippers Dec. 2.
