Campbell River Storm lose game five to Victoria Cougars in overtime

Last minute goal by the Cougars sent game to OT where Tyler Pang notched winner

The Victoria Cougars need overtime again last night to knock off the Campbel River Storm and take the lead in the VIJHL final.

The Cougars Tyler Pang decided the contest with his goal at 5:39 in overtime to give his team a 3-2 Victoria at Archie Browning Arena.

The Cougars entered the third period down 2-1 when Jordan Passmore tied the game in the last minute ofthe game.

Grayden Hohl got the Cougars other goal in the second period. The storm got their goals from Darren Hards at 602 in the first and Dylan McCann at 11:41 in the second.

Shots on goal were 36-35 for the Storm.

Game six goes tomorrow at the Rod Brind’Amour Arena at 2 p.m.
