Young hockey players and their supporters filled Strathcona Gardens this weekend for a fun Novice tournament which saw teams from all over Vancouver Island come to town.
The rink was split in half so two games could be played at once all day Saturday and Sunday until 12:30, meaning everyone got plenty of time out on the ice.
There are no scores to report, because everyone playing was clearly the winner.
