The Campbell River Curling Club marked its 50th anniversary on Saturday which, of course, included original members Graeme Strachan, Ken Chase, Ross Spiers, Jackie Langdon and Joan Palmer cutting cake; many others giving curling a try; and pipers leading in Guiness record curlers, firefighters curling champs and others into the celebration opening.
