What about people who don’t have computers or seniors who are not computer literate?
Then they say you phone, however, you can be sitting on the phone for hours waiting for someone to actually talk to. Are they trying to save money to pay for David Hahn’s buyout and pension?
I saw some visitors trying to figure out what ferries there were, where they go, what the times are, what routes are available in a Visitor’s Centre and they were appalled at the number of printed pages they had to deal with.
Come on folks, where is your head? Starting printing the ferry schedules again!
