I recently spent seven months in New Horizons (NH) in a small eight-bed unit. I never had one complaint.
I had two good friends on the third floor who I visited regularly and never heard one complaint.
Ms. Hagen wants self attention in her public attempt to blacken the reputation of a well-run senior facility.
She should be ashamed of herself. The internet allows an individual to make trivial unfounded observations.
A reporter was caught taking unauthorized pictures of residents on the second floor. Perhaps he and Ms. Hagen were working together.
During my seven months I received efficient and cheerful attention from the nurses and the housekeeping staff. In conclusion I would like to thank all staff for the excellent care I received during my seven-month stay at NH.
