I recently had the privilege of visiting beautiful Campbell River.
Even though it was only one day and one night, I got the feeling of being in one of the friendliest places on earth.
From meeting a few teenagers at a cafe to chatting with senior ladies at the Quilters Guild art opening at the Tidemark Theatre, and even some of the pub patrons late night, everyone had great big smiles on their faces and made me feel so welcome.
The upgrades to the downtown are fantastic and I am sure more are yet to come.
Campbell River was a surprise that I am glad I got to experience and I look forward to my return to your lovely city. Thanks to everyone that made me feel at home.
