Don’t bite the hand that may feed you

My advice to him is to stand back and look at the bigger picture

When I first came to this city my first negative comment about it was made on the premises of a local realty company. I said, when asked if there was anything I noticed that was an irritant, that I thought parking conveniences were sorely lacking. With the exception of shopping centres, parking anywhere else was either occupied or time limited. He volunteered to me that I could park unlimited, for no charge, anytime I wanted in his lot known as Tyee Plaza.

I thanked him and migrated to using the Plaza as my Shoppers Row shopping convenience. Strange how quickly things change, I understand that this same owner now wants to charge overnighters from rural and off island locations for the use of his parking lot. My advice to him is to stand back and look at the bigger picture. These same people are customers who frequent the shopping conveniences of the Plaza.
