Please let me express my heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff and friends of Ironwood Place, assisted living, who completely surprised me with a beautiful party, serving a delicious lunch and birthday cake.
Their kindness and caring gives so much pleasure to all. You girls must have had some fun getting me into my party clothes as I was saving them for the Friday party!
Also many thanks to my family for the wonderful birthday party held at the Eagles Hall on March 20. The flowers were beautiful, the cards and well wishes were many. I had a wonderful time seeing and visiting with the out-of-town relatives and guests, family friends, grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and more. Thank you to each and every one for taking the time to come, helping to make the event so memorable and special. As well, and yes, another enjoyable party at Carmen and Randy’s home March 21, where many family members gathered, enjoying conversation and a delicious potluck dinner.
There is no doubt that this year’s birthday time has been the most wonderful experience I have ever had in my 100 years. Thanks to all.
