passed away peacefully at home with her daughters by her side on Wednesday, Jan 31, 2007. Born in Victoria, BC on May 24, 1919. Predeceased by her husband Donald (1999); son-in-law Malcolm; grandson Curtis; and brothers Ray, Darrell and Bill. Lovingly remembered by her family, daughters Donna of Chemainus, and Trisha (Jim) of Campbell River; grandchildren Cindy (Mike), Donald (Diana), Sean, Rick and Mike; great-grandchildren Mackenna, Avery, Rylan, and Lindsay; sister Lynn, brothers Ken and Joe; and brother-in-law Jim (Vera) of Ontario. Yvonne was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxillary #191 and Order of the Eastern Star (Ladysmith). Gigi is gone but her love for us will carry on in our wonderful memories of her. At Gigi’s request a private family gathering was held. Gigi was interred next to her husband Donald at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens.
