Bill was a good husband, a good father, and a good citizen with a light footprint.
Bill adored his wife and best friend Frances and never fully recovered from her loss 3 years ago.
Bill is survived by stepsons Rob and Peter, brothers Louis and Franz, and sister Thea.
Sincere thanks to the home care nurses, hospital nurses, and doctors who kept Bill comfortable throughout his illness.
No service is planned as per the wishes of Bill.
