Victor passed away peacefully at Malaspina Gardens in Nanaimo. He was born in Lithuania, the youngest of four children.
In 1944 during the war, he went to Germany then immigrated to Canada. Victor lived in Quebec, completing his engineering at McGill University. Victor relocated to BC where he worked as a mine inspector in the Northern District. Victor re-married his wife Dana and moved to Zeballos on Northern Vancouver Island to retire. He is predeceased by his first wife and son Linas. He is survived by his sons Rimas and Vic.
A service will be held at a later date.
