Life Story: Valerie Mae Caley was born in 1939 on Feb 14th and passed away on May 11th, 2020.
After 60 years in Vancouver, which included raising her two children, running a successful Brownies Chicken Franchise for 17 years, Valerie and Daryl retired to Campbell River, B.C.
Valerie enjoyed spending time at the local casino, playing Bingo, gaming and socializing. Her favourite pastime was entertaining family and friends at their waterfront condo.
No service will be held at this time. Valerie was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
Valerie is predeceased by her parents, Halley and Lucille Squires. Valerie is survived by her loving husband Daryl, son Ken, granddaughter Mackenzie, great-grandson Sawyer, daughter Linda and her partner Jim, sister Sandy and her husband Bill, nephew Brad, niece Judith and her husband Rob.
