It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thelma Lottie Price Chickite.
She is survived by her sisters Rita and Beverly, her daughter Jamie Lee, son Max Chickite (Barb), daughters Tori (Rick) and Jennifer Price. She is also survived by her grandchildren Ricky Jr (Tara), Jessica (Cody), Sophie, Troy (Sarah), Cody, Jaclyn, Travis (Monika), and her great-grandchildren, Reid, Brody, Rikkina, Owen, Jaycee, and many, many nephews and nieces.
We would like to thank the staff on the second floor of New Horizons and Dr. Penhall for all their loving care and support and a special thank-you to Tara Sewid for her support throughout.
A private family service will be held at Tori Sewid’s place on April 9th, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
