Tadeusz Karol
Born in Slonim, Poland on October 31st, 1938. Died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on September 2nd, 2002. He is survived by his wife Czeslawa, three daughters, Kathy, Anna, and Caroline, two son-in-laws, Richard and Darren, four grand-children, Lance, Colton, Isabella, and Emily, his mother, brother, three sisters, and their families in Poland. He was predeceased by his father, Cezary. He fulfilled his lifelong dream of sailing around the world in a 44-ft steel hull cutter, “S/V White Eagle J”, which he built. A service will be held on Monday, September 9th, 2002 at 1pm. at the Sacred Heart Church, 4040 Nelthorpe, Victoria, B.C.
