Rudolph (Rudy)
July 24, 1925 – May 17, 2007
Rudy passed away on May 17, 2007 at the age of 81 years at the Campbell River District Hospital. He was pre-deceased by his parents; 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. Rudy is survived by his loving wife Rose; his 2 daughters Elaine (Dieter); Philene (Geoff); 2 step-daughters, Millie (Alan) Margaret (Ron); 1 step-son Lloyd (Kim); 6 step grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Auria (Morris) and many nieces and nephews. Rudy was born in Prince Albert SASK, and came to BC in 1949. He retired and resided in Campbell River the past 20 years. He was a man of many talents and many stories. He was a member of the Ripple Rock and Mineral Club where he made beautiful jewellery for family and friends. He was a craftsman furniture builder. He also enjoyed many years of fishing with his wife Rose, friends and family. He will be missed by his family and many friends.
The Service for Rudy will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Living Waters Fellowship Assembly, 2222 Regent Rd., Black Creek, BC. Pastor Randy Beatty officiating. Many thanks are extended to Dr. Sutherland and the 3 North Nurses for the excellent care they gave Rudy. If so desired, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
