Roy John
Roy John passed away at Campbell River & District Hospital on Saturday, September 4th, 2004, aged 79. Predeceased by his sister Alice and niece Laura, Roy is survived and will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 29 years, Betty; daughter Marlene, son Peter and daughter Sheila; grandchildren Kevin and Serena; brother Stan; sister Loretta, as well as his nieces and nephews. He was an employee of McMillan Bloedel - Menzies Bay Division for 48 years. In his leisure, Roy enjoyed golf and a good game of bridge.
His family invites friends to gather at "The Serenity Walkway Scattering Garden" at Elk Falls Crematorium, Elk Falls Cemetery, Highway 28 at General Hill on Saturday, September 18th at 11:30am followed by fellowship and refreshments at Elk Falls Crematorium and Memorial Chapel, adjacent to the scattering garden. Island Funeral Services & Elk Falls Crematorium, 103-909 Island Highway, Campbell River, entrusted with arrangements.
