known to all as YUKON BOB
Oct. 8, 1947 - January 16, 2012
Left to mourn his death is his sister Joan MacDougal (Rob) daughter Nathalie Horsman-Symes (Ben) and grandchildren Sarah and Rowan.
Bob was a friend of Bill W. for many years and will be greatly missed at the noon meetings by many who knew him. Bob would be described as speaking his mind and not putting up with the B_________.
Bob’s passion was to go back to the Yukon and live in the great outdoors. A back injury in 1999 kept him from being as active as he would have like to be, and fulfilling his dream of going back to the Yukon.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Thunderbird Hall on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 6 pm.
