Born in Vernon on April 29, 1968. Passed away in Victoria on February 21, 2002. He will be deeply missed by his son Erick, his father Bill (Louise); his mother Joan (Doug); his sister Lynn (Mathew); Great Uncle Walter; Great Aunt Audrey; Uncle Bob (Tillie); Uncle Brian (Rita); Aunts Donna, Dianna, Shirley, Bev (Julian); his niece Gina; nephew Nico; his cousins; extended family Jim (Kerry); Jenine; Haley and Jadessa; numerous friends and business associates.
Friends and family of Richard’s are invited to a memorial to be held at the Foursquare Church in Courtenay, on Saturday, March 2 at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow at the Black Creek Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Y.A.N.A., the children’s Wish Foundation or the S.P.C.A. in Richard’s memory.
