Ray was predeceased
by his father Chris Reinhardt and mother Emma Reinhardt. He is survived by his wife Gail, sons Andrew (Catherine) of Victoria, BC and Chris of Duncan, BC, daughters Bernice of Nanaimo, BC, Shelly (Chris) of Port Alberni, BC and Sharon (Dave) of Ladysmith, BC, twelve grandchildren, two great- grandchildren, two brothers and one sister.
Ray retired from BC fisheries, where he worked for twenty-six years, with the last twenty-one years at Quinsam Hatchery in Campbell River. In Ray’s leisure time, he enjoyed embroidery, model airplanes, gardening, cooking and computers. He was a big strong and demanding man with a big heart and was always there for his children.
