He passed away at home peacefully with his loving wife and children at his side after his courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Dorothy Mary Luscombe, his sons, Scott Luscombe (Charmaine), Grant Luscombe (Wendy), his daughters, Lorraine Noel (Lionel), Heather Lowery (Mike), his grandchildren, Sarah, Chad, Grant Jr., Jordan, Tyler, Braydon, Hannah, Micheal, Danny, step-granddaughters, Michell and Tanya, great-grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica and a new great-grand baby due in October 2015. He had many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.

Ray worked at Elk Falls Pulp Mill for 33 years. He was well known for his talented fly tying and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved his hockey and hockey night. Ray was a passionate, well-loved man by his family and friends. He is going to be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who loved him.

No flowers please. Donate to a charity that is close to your heart, or the Cancer Society in his memory.

We would like to thank Dr. Walker, all the Home Support caregivers and the R.N.’s that took such kind, good care of our father.

Rest in Peace Dad
