Phyllis passed away on Nov. 19, 2017 at the Campbell River Hospital and the age of 100.
Phyllis is survived by her 2 sons, John and Alan as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Phyllis also leaves a host of extended family and friends.
A celebration of Phyllis' life will be held at a later date.
