It is with great sorrow that her family announces her tragic death on April 28, 2006 at the age of 78 years.
Predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Douglas. Lovingly survived by her children: David (Ildi), Patrick (Laura) and Jo Anne (Randy), grandchildren: Allison, Andrew, Robert and Michael, brother, William“Bud” (Barbara); niece, Arelne (Terry) and nephew, Bryan (Amber) and her many friends and Community alike.
A Celebration of Phyllis’ life will be held on Friday, May 5, 2006 at 2p.m. at Sequoia Springs Golf Club, 700 Petersen Rd., Campbell River.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Campbell River Hospital Auxiliary Society, 375-2nd Ave., Campbell River, BC., V9W 3V1 are appreciated.
