Paul's pride and joy were his three grand babies Noah, Andrew and Emma.
Since 1979 Pauls career has been working in mining. In 1979 Paul started his career working at Devco and in 1996 moved to Campbell River where over the next 26 years he worked at Quinsam Coal and Nyrstar mine.
His passion for his job was seen in his dedication to his many roles including supervisor and the safety department where his passion was hoping to make any impact on helping the " boys " be safe to go home to their families.
He was so proud to be part of the mine rescue team as well as in later years training the team with such excitement.
We now as a family must learn how to go forward without this gentle spirit in our lives.
