Pamela May Dennis,

November 27, 2003

dennis,

Pamela May

of Campbell River, BC. passed away peacefully on November 27th, 2003 at home after a short illness.

Predeceased by her husband of 51 years Bob Dennis (1998); husband Tito Cowley killed in WWII; sister Renee, brothers Cyril and Chris.

Survived by her daughters Dawn (Jay) of Langley; Sandra (Kevin) of Vancouver; Gail (Brian) of Campbell River; grandchildren Lana, Rob, Lisa, Deanna, Stacey, Justine, great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Lauren.

Pam was born May 7th, 1921 in Llanfyllin, Wales. Pam met Bob in England during WWII and arrived with Dawn in 1947; they married and began their new life in Ladner, BC. The following years of family & social life in Vancouver kept Pam as “busy as a bee”.

To all who knew her she was a whirl of activity and enthusiasm. Pam and Bob retired to the Gulf Islands and spent 20 years on Scott Island building a home together till illness forced them off. The last 7 years she lived in Campbell River where she enjoyed times with her many friends old and new and her family. The family wishes to thank Dr. Ralston and the staff and caregivers of Campbell River Hospital for her care during her illness. No service by her request. In lieu of flowers donations in her name to the SPCA, 490 Merecroft, Campbell River, BC., would give her great pleasure.

“For ever in our hearts”
