Norman was born in the Comox Hospital to pioneer families where he lived his whole life.
Predeceased by his mom and dad, Florence and Malcolm, brother Hughie and his loving wife and best friend Helen.
He leaves to mourn his passing his son Mark (Tammy); daughters: Bonnie McPhee and Brenda (Jim) Rest; brother Malcolm (Maureen); and sister Mary. He was Pappa to grandchildren: Christie, Barry, Celina, Willy, Shalhala, Ashawna, Elijah; also his friend and companion Rena; plus numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Dad was a logger all his life, most of the time as a logging truck driver. The last few years dad loved those casinos!
