Norma Annie Adams

September 18th 1930 – February 20th 2011
It is with much love and deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear wife and mother, Norma Adams. Norma passed away peacefully at Yuculta Lodge in Campbell River after a long and valiant struggle with Alzheimer disease. She will be dearly missed by husband Bud, children Guy (Sandy), Ann and Brent (Dawn), grandchildren, Cole, Madison, Jacob and Errol and her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Karl and Amy Arnet, twin brother Edward and loving sister Bernice. Raised in Tofino, Norma came to Campbell River in 1951 as an elementary school teacher. She met Bud that same year and they were married in 1954. She was a devoted member of the Anglican Church and sang in the church choir from 1951 to 2006. She truly enjoyed her work with the Anglican Church Woman’s Auxiliary and was truly blessed and thankful for all her many friends from the church and community.
A service of memorial for Norma will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2011 @ 1:00 pm at St Peter’s Anglican Church in Campbell River
