Mearl Park,
Passed away suddenly, while at work, on January 31, 2004.
He was born in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, on June 29, 1952 and has been a longtime employee at Interfor. Mearl was a loving husband to Nancy and a loving father to jen; a loving brother to Carole (Ken), Lindsay (Cathy), Randall (Paulette), Jeff, Edward and Janis; a loving brother-in-law to Susanne (Terry) and Patricia (Mike) and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was also a loving best friend to Rick, the cook; Rodney (Sherry) and their daughter Carly; as well as Bob (Clare).
A Celebration of Mearl’s life will be held at 4:00p.m., Friday February 6, at the Beban Social Centre (Beban Park), 2300 Bowen Road, Nanaimo, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
