September 6, 1946 – April 28, 2015
Loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt. After a full life of laughter and memories woven in gold to forever be cherished, she peacefully passed with her family by her side.
To say she will be missed, just isn’t enough. Though this hurts us all so deeply, the separation we feel is an illusion. Our family knows she is with us now more than ever. She will always be in the moment you land your fish after a long fight; she’s celebrating with you at a family event; she’s guiding your horseshoe to a ringer. She lives in the stories told, through her family and friends who love her and through the lessons she taught.
“Slow down, enjoy life and when faced with a problem, remember it will all come out in the wash.”
A Celebration of Life for Maxine will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 1pm at the Eagles Hall, 1999 14 Ave, Campbell River.
