Mary “Marjorie”
Passed away in Campbell River Hospital on Tuesday December 23, 2003 at the age of 60 years. Marjorie was born on November 25, 1943 in Farnworth, England. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Clive, her son Martin, daughter Gina (Dave) and her new granddaughter Amanda, brother Maurice (Joan) Duffy and their family and a sister-in-law Greta and family in England; as well as her co-workers from Yucalta Lodge where she was employed for over 15 years, before being diagnosed with brain cancer in Feb. 2000. Funeral Mass was held at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish, 34 S. Alder St., Campbell River on Saturday, December 27, 2003 . Father Bill MacDonald officiated.
