Mary Margaret Clemenson age 93 passed away peacefully September 20th, 2020 in Campbell River B.C. She was born October 8, 1926 in Winnipeg Manitoba to Charles and Fanny Macheffey.
She married the love of her life John Clemenson in 1956 and had 5 children together. They moved to Port Hardy in 1969 for a few years before settling down in Campbell River. She worked at the Bank for many years where she made many friends and enjoyed it very much.
Mary was always active in her church and volunteered many knitted hats and mittens for children that needed them, she also enjoyed doing puzzles and shopping but especially loved spending time with her children and numerous grandchildren who she adored and her best friend Joan Kirk.
Mary is survived by her children Charlie (Jan), Daniel (Lucia), Julie (Rick), Sylvia (Ross); grandchildren Richard (Jennifer), Jennifer (Reinhart), Kyle (Jenny), Cody, Andrea (Dallas), Dorothy (Alan) and Jasmine; great-grandchildren, Ashton, Nahla, Andrew, Austin, Owen, Timothy and Ashton.
Mary was predeceased by late husband John, son-in-law Wade, and son Karl and grand daughter Courtney, and was loved by all that knew her and will be dearly missed.
Due to coved restrictions the funeral has been limited to immediate family and friends.
Flowers gratefully declined. Donations made to heart and stroke foundation would be appreciated.
The family would also like to thank the amazing staff at Evergreen Seniors Home for there love and care for Mary - they are all truly angels and also Dr Farias for all her care and compassion she gave Mary.
Mother you left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide, although we cannot see you, you will always be by our side
