He was President of Wagner Oilfield Equipment and Wagner Oil and Gas from 1964 through 1980, and C.E.O. of Wagner Oilfield International from 1980 through 1999, after which he retired and he and his wife June enjoyed wintering in Palm Desert, Ca., and summering here in Calgary to be nearfamily and friends.
