Predeceased by Fred. W. Hartman, (Husband) and Doris A. Perkins (Daughter).
Margaret leaves to love and cherish her memory Son, Dan Hartman (Sheila) and Daughter Goldie M. Williamson (Bill) and Son-In-Law Ron Perkins, her Grandchildren will also miss her, Shelly Hartman, Tammy (Doug) MacPherson, Tom Williamson, Suzanne (Tim) Kudoba, Bob Williamson (Loraine) Fred Perkins (Analisa) and Kathy Perkins. Mom also had 11 Great Grandchildren that she cared for and loved.
On the 13th June 1936 Mom married Fred in Vancouver. She travelled up the Coast from Logging Camp to Camp with her Husband. In 1958 Fred built a fishing boat on Cortes Island and they moved to Campbell River. Once her children were grown she again travelled with Fred up the Coast fishing.
Margret was a loving and caring lady who was always gracious and patient with family and friends of which she had many. She always had the Teapot on for anyone who came to visit or needed a helping hand or a kind word. She will be sorely missed by all of us!
In 2001 she moved into Yucalta Lodge where she quickly made friends with the Residents and Staff. The Family would like to thank Dr. Phipps for his tender care of Margaret over the years, also the Staff at Yucalta Lodge for their care and support.
A tea will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at 2.00pm at Yucalta Lodge, 555 2nd Avenue, Campbell River. Flowers are gratefully declined
