In loving memory of a wonderful grandma, mom and foster mom. As a mom she did her best, as a grandma, she was her best. Lynn’s grandsons, Nathan Elford-Dumont and Trey Taylor were the reasons she fought to survive her long battle with cancer, she loved them so much.
Lynn impacted the lives of many children throughout her 25 years as a foster mom, always loving with a generous spirit. Lynn loved her trips to the Spit with her “Best Bud” and her cup of Timmies.
Thank you to the amazing nurses on 2 North, you truly did make a difference. We will miss you mom... hubba hubba.
