Passed away in Campbell River on Friday, December 5th, 2003, she was predeceased by her husband Dave in November of 2002.
Lisa is survived by her mother and father Eveline and William Newman of Campbell River, son David William, daughter Robin Sarah of Campbell River, brother Darryl (Heather) Newman of Quebec, together with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star; a person that enjoyed life, loved to laugh, have fun, loved camping, and most of all loved her children. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her, and lovingly remembered by all.
A Celebration of Lisa’s Life will take place on Saturday, December 13th, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. at the Discovery Masonic Hall, 2905 North Island Highway, Campbell River. Flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Lisa’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, P.O. Box 741, Campbell River, B.C., V9W 6J3, would be appreciated.
