It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving wife, mother and grandmother Lynda Grycan, after a brief yet courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Glenn; her daughter Vicki (Dan) Lagos; her son Dean (Maria) Grycan; her grandchildren Brady and Mackenna Lagos; and her brother Larry (Pat) Haines.
After 20 years working as the Book Department Manager at Save On Foods, Lynda enjoyed her retirement and life to the fullest with family and friends. She loved geocaching, cruising, her daily walks with friends, coffee at Timmy’s with “the gang” and, most of all, spending time with her grandkids.
The family would like to thank everyone for the cards, kind words, and support during this difficult time, as well as a special thanks to her “Timmy Pals” and her “Boot Camp Gang” for all they’ve done and what they meant to Lynda. Thank you to Dr. Ramsey and all of the nurses on 3 North (especially Sara and Erica) for your exceptional care and compassion during her illness.
As per Lynda’s wishes, there will be no service.
