Leona
Passed away in Campbell River, B.C. on Thursday, June 23rd, 2005. She was predeceased by her father William, mother Lydia, brothers Adolf, Alfred, William, Gordon, and sister Betty.
Leona is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Merlin; sons Barry (Heather), Brian, Randy; daughters Cindy, Valerie, and Laura (Dan), grandchildren Raymond, Janine, Ryan, Stefanie; sisters Hilda, Ann (Milton), together with many nieces and nephews.
Leona was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, with an incredible sense of family. She spent countless hours knitting, crocheting and quilting and most other forms of handwork for her family, friends and charity.
May the love, courage and indomitable spirit she shed on her family, continue to bless those she knew and loved.
