Kurt Schmidt
May 23, 1941-February 23, 2012
Kurt passed away in the Campbell River General Hospital. He left behind his wife Betty Schmidt (nee Quatell) daughter Karen, son Dean and his wife Lynn, and son Michael, grandchildren; Amanda, Caitlyn, Hayden, Brandon, Nathan and Remyra, great grandchild Amy, as well as many more extended family and friends. Dad, you will be greatly missed by us all, we love and miss you so much. As per Kurt’s request he would like a family only service at Elk Falls Crematorium. Any donations can be made in memory of Kurt to The Canadian Cancer Society or The Diabetes Association. Heartfelt thanks to all of the 3rd floor nurses at Campbell River Hospital as well as Dr. Verapen for their excellent care and kindness.
