Kenneth Lawrence McCartney
1921-2009
Ken passed away quietly in his sleep with all his family with him on Saturday, January 3, 2009 in Campbell River, B.C. He was predeceased by his wife Link (Florina); his daughter Kendra and grandson Scott Rowley. Ken will be sadly missed by his daughters Lori (Todd), Jay (Tom) and Lynn; sons Shon (Marie) and Randy (Debbie); grand children Lindsey and Courtney Craig, Carley and Cassidy, Kevin, Kerri, Kenna, Todd and Lee, numerous great grand children and a sister, Phyllis. Ken served in Royal Canadian Air Force WWII from 1940 to 1945. He loved to camp with his family and enjoyed his winter trips in Arizona. Ken will be sadly missed by all that had the joy of knowing him.
