Passed away in a tragic mining accident.
Ken is predeceased by his son and daughter Mike and Christie-Marie Sandberg.
He is survived by his loving spouse Cheryl, daughters Kerry (Dwayne), Teresa (Jeff) and stepchildren Breanne (Ryan) Manson, and Colin (Carrie) Manson, Grandson Brenden Murray.
Ken is also survived by his parents Bob and Mavis, brothers Larry (Linda) Doug, Ron (Janice) Kathryn (Chris) and Joanne. As well as many nieces and nephews.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, family and friends. As well as his Search and Rescue family, and extended family. A funeral service will be held at the Campbell River Baptist Church at 10:00am on Saturday July 15, 2006.
