June 27, 1926 – July 22, 2019
Ken Antonelli passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife Lin at his side. Ken is predeceased by son Les; brothers Joe, Marsh and sister Grace. Ken was an amazing husband, dad, brother, grandfather, uncle and great grandfather.
Ken also leaves to mourn his daughters Sandra (Rick), Doreen (Michael) and grandchildren Lisa, Janelle and Chris as well as Kens brother Dan (Dedrie).
Ken was an honest man to him a contract was a handshake and a job well done. Ken had a wonderful sense of humour, he was very generous always pleasant and smiling and willing to lend a hand. Ken loved his dogs.
Ken belonged to The Rotary Club of Campbell River, Order of Eagles Lodge as well as the Legion. In Ken’s leisure time you may see him puttering around old machinery and his antique cars, and enjoying a coffee with old friends. He loved to read about the history of Campbell River and Montana where his parents were from. Kens worked in forestry, trucking as well as road building.
A celebration of life will be held at The Fraternal Order of Eagles Hall 1999-14th Ave Campbell River, BC, Thursday August 22-2019 at 1 pm. Donations maybe made to The Salvation Army and or Campbell River Hospice.
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one and leave an after glow of smiles when life is done.
I’d like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the Sun of happy memories that I Leave when Life on Earth is Done.
A special thank you to hospice, home care workers and Cristy the nurse practitioner for their compassionate care.
