Kathy Dickison, 58, passed away peacefully on the 20th of July, at her home in Campbell River after a courageous battle with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). A Celebration of Life was held on the 24th of July at her home.

Kathy was born on February 25th, 1958 in Verdun, Quebec to Vera and William Kervin. She moved to Campbell River, BC as a child and spent most of her life in Campbell River. She worked as an Educational Assistant for School District 72 for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Dickison, four daughters, Elisabeth Little, Mary Mirhashemy (Farbod), Sarah Little, and Hannah Little, and two grandsons, Cyrus and Kian Mirhashemy, her mother Vera Kervin, and siblings, Pat Kervin (Jackie), Joanne Embury (Tom), John Kervin (Krista), Mike Kervin (Adrienne), Susan Achari, and Roger Kervin.

She will be remembered for her kindness and generosity, as well as her unfailing optimism.

The family would like to thank Kathy’s personal care workers as well as the Campbell River Hospice Society and Campbell River Home and Community Care for their support and excellent care in the last months of Kathy’s life.
