January 24, 1970 - June 15, 2018
Kate crossed over peacefully with loving family by her side. She leaves behind (her mother) Shirley, (brother) Mike, (sister-in-law) Jenny, (niece) Stephanie, (nephew) Mike and many long time friends, (especially Melanie and Sandra).
Kate and all her family would like to thank Dr. Noel and the great nurses and staff at CRGH, (with an extra thank you to Scott). Kate will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, Kate would appreciate any donations to cancer research.
