It is with a great deal of sadness at the untimely Death of our daughter, sister, aunt,cousin, and friend to so many people. She leaves to mourn her parents: Frank Dye (Billie), Joan Morgan-Ott (Rudy); sister Laurie Watkins (Lennie); and brother Mike Dye. Her niece and nephew Michael & Courtney Watkins, her long time girl friend Angie Meier and her dear friends, Dan & Mary and Mac & Terry Macneil who shared their home with her. And Val from the bank. The great friends who are so numerous that had the Birthday Suppers, and any excuse for a get together were special, especially Elaine Watson both who were interested in a “New Franchise”. She was Chauffeur, housesitter, Dog Groomer, and her most enjoyable hobby “The Computer”. Kathy was self taught and her many skills eased peoples fears and the like of “It’s broke, What do I do Now.” Her whole life revolved around Horses & Dogs, Western Music and looking for that elusive cowboy. She was great at crocheting, Loved to cook and loved Mexico. Dam, Mom I wanna move there, the sun, the beaches, that’s the life. Kathy was a friend to all, and tried to please all.
She will be so sadly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held May 19th, 2006 at the Coast Westerly Hotel, 1590 Cliffe Ave., Courtenay at 1p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favourite Charity.
