Joseph Ralph Billy passed away at his home on Wednesday April 20th 2011 at the age of 73 years. Joe was pre-deceased by his parents, one sister and one brother. A Celebration to honour the Life of Joseph Ralph Billy will be held at 10:00am on Saturday April 30th 2011 at the Cape Mudge Hall, Quadra Island, BC.
