LENTING, John
Passed away peacefully Friday, April 8, 2005 at the age of 76 years with his family by his side. He is predeceased by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.
He is survived by two sisters Riet and Tonny living in Holland and by his loving wife of 47 years, Jean, sons: Ian (Leona) and Rob (Laurie); daughters; Lisa (Cal) and Teresa (Terry). He also leaves to mourn, five grandchildren; Ashley Jessica, Logan, Lauren and Toni as well as many other relatives and friends.
John worked at Elk Falls in the Kraft mill until his retirement in 1991. Retirement years were spent fishing, woodworking and collecting stamps. He also loved spending time with his five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1423B-16th Ave., Campbell River, BC V9W 2E4.
